Refund policy
- Returns are only allowed while the courier is present. You are allowed to open the order and check it. No returns are accepted after the courier leaves.
- Exchanges are allowed within 5 days only, through the exchange form available on the website.
- Orders cannot be split; you must either receive the entire order or return it in full. It is not permitted to choose between different models or shades
- Items purchased during a sale or using a discount code cannot be exchanged, but they can be returned only while the courier is present.
- Delivery takes 2-7 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and any official holidays. Exchange requests will take the same period.
